Dean and the Rolling Gates team did a terrific job on my gated entry. High integrity contractor who did a great job on the design and installation process. Highly recommend.
Rolling Gates is a company that truly values honesty and integrity. Mistakes can happen with any business, but what matters to me is how a company handles it. When Rolling Gates made a mistake, Dean took responsibility, communicated honestly, and worked to fix the problem. He did not make excuses or ignore the issue. That showed me he genuinely cares about his customers and his work. The best companies are not those that never make mistakes, but those that make things right when problems occur.
Dean came through to the best of his ability. When I didn’t like the pic of the wood he had already bought, he went back to the store to purchase another species. Gate looks great and is exactly what I asked for. I would definitely call Dean again or refer without question.
Rolling Gates and fast gate repair
Ask around about Rolling Gates and you'll mostly hear about broken gates getting fixed fast. Reviewers keep coming back to how quickly the crew shows up, sometimes the same day. They also mention how much the techs know about the gate in front of them.
Plenty of people point to clean, tidy work and clear communication from start to finish. Swapped-out openers, repaired backyard and front gates, and new intercoms all come up. The company says it offers same-day repair service, so its reputation lines up with its own pitch.
It holds a 5.0 rating across 93 Google reviews. Hours run 7 am to 6 pm every day but Saturday.
Custom driveway gates, openers and intercoms
Repairs aren't the whole story. Rolling Gates describes designing custom driveway gates for homes and businesses around the Bay Area. Its website names iron, wood and sliding styles among the gates it installs.
The crew also fits automatic gate openers and puts in gate intercoms. The company explains the choice between wired and cellular intercoms, with cellular suited to gates set far from the main building.
Walnut Creek gets 21.2 inches of precipitation and 0.1 inches of snow a year, per NOAA normals for 1991-2020. The average temperature is 60.4 degrees F, with an average high of 71.4 and an average low of 49.4.
For long driveways, the company lists solar-powered gate openers that skip running a new power line. And here's one most folks miss: it builds stair handrails too, for residential and commercial properties.
