The Antiquarium

Antique Print & Map Gallery

Description:

The Antiquarium continues a family tradition of selling original rare maps and antique prints from our historic location in Houston Texas. Our store, located in the Art Deco inspired River Oaks Shopping Center, has been host to independent retailers like us since the 1930s. The Antiquarium was founded in 1990 and seeks to preserve the historic charm of the area while remaining accessible and welcoming to collectors, enthusiasts, and designers at every collecting stage.

Our shop is one of the oldest and most respected general antique map and print sellers in the world. We have tens of thousands original images. Our goal is to offer a less intimidating, and more inviting backdrop to browse our varied and extensive collection of rare maps and prints. Our knowledgeable and friendly staff is always available to help. No question is too mundane or too complex, so please ask.
